Huntsville continues to grow! Earlier this month, Council President John Meredith joined Triad Properties, Fairway Investments and ARCO/Murray at the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Huntsville West Industrial Park.
About Huntsville West Industrial Park
In a joint investment between Fairway Investments of Birmingham and Triad Properties of Huntsville, a large industrial park is headed to Huntsville and is estimated to encompass roughly 2 million square feet.
Situated on 135 acres along Greenbriar Parkway, the Huntsville West Industrial Park plans to develop distribution, warehouse and logistics spaces on a build-to-suit basis. The building sizes are set to range from 250,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet. The site also offer the ability to develop a 650,000-square-foot distribution facility.
This new facility will also include a 32’ minimum clear height, 60’ speed bays, ESFR sprinklers and a 185 minimum truck court with an ample amount of auto and trailer parking.

Growing out of an established partnership, the Huntsville West Industrial Park is the latest project for Fairway and Triad. These two have been investing and developing offices and industrial real estate together for more than 15 years.
With Huntsville being the home of Triad Properties, Fuller McClendon of Triad told reporters that “Fairway has been a trusted partner that treats their relationships with honesty, integrity, and respect. Location
The Huntsville West Industrial Park will be located on Greenbrier Parkway. This location is adjacent to the Amazon distribution center and Vuteq, and close to Polaris, a Target fulfillment center and the expansive Mazda-Toyota manufacturing plant.
