Tom Brown’s Restaurant at Hays Farm
The much-anticipated opening of Tom Brown’s Restaurant is getting closer and closer. According to reports, the opening date could be just a month or two away.
The Madison-based fine dining restaurant has become a favorite among locals. The upcoming Huntsville restaurant is the second location for the husband-and-wife owners and operators, Tom and Ashley Brown.
Guests can expect an elegant atmosphere, high-quality steak and seafood dishes, delicious desserts and handcrafted cocktails. Take a look at the menu for a better idea of what to expect.

More new restaurants
Tom Brown’s Restaurant won’t be the only newbie on the block this year. In fact, there are three more new restaurants at Hays Farm that are expected to open by the end of 2023 as well.
First of all, the Birmingham-based smoothie bowl concept, City Bowls, will be serving its healthy and tasty acai bowls, pitaya bowls, green bowls and smoothies in the Rocket City. The expected opening date hasn’t been announced, but we do know it will be later this year.
Another new dining spot coming to Hays Farm is Loco Taco, which also expects to be operating by the end of the year. Loco Taco will be dishing up fast-casual Mexican food with a side of fun.
Location
Tom Brown’s, City Bowls, Loco Taco and Starbucks will all be located at The Market at Hays Farm. The Market is situated on South Memorial Parkway and Weatherly/Haysland Road.
More specifically, Tom Brown’s Restaurant in Huntsville is located at 9040 Memorial Parkway SW, Suite 210. What’s more, City Bowls, Loco Taco and a new Starbucks will all be located in the same building at 9086 Memorial Parkway, which is behind Tom Brown’s Restaurant.
